All tickets purchased online are valid for one booking, are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Your tickets will be valid for the date selected at the time of booking. If you need to change the date of your visit, this can be done via requesting a date change by email, not less than 48 hours before your visit. If part of your group cannot attend a booking, there is no refund for non attendance.
Purchased e-tickets are delivered via email to the address provided when placing the order.
If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24 hours, please contact us by email at info@hiddenvalley.co.uk or by phone, 01566 86463. Please do not turn up on the day without a e-ticket or confirmation email.
Under 4’s are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.
The following definitions apply:
A toddler is a person aged 2 years old to 3 years old (inclusive). All toddlers must be accompanied by an adult or senior.
A child is a person aged from 4 years old to 15 years old (inclusive). All children must be accompanied by an adult or senior.
An adult is a person aged from 16 years old to 59 years old (inclusive).
